1. Home Site Reservation: A $2000 refundable deposit holds a Home Site for 14 days.

2. Purchase and Sale Contract: Upon your finalization of home site and house choice, this contract is signed. It will provide you with a purchase price, contruction plans Construction and Specifications. A 5% deposit is paid at this time.

3. Option & Selection Addendum: You choose your Options and Selections for your new home, and a closing date is set. An additional 5% deposit is paid, making a total of 10% deposit minus the $2000 Reservation deposit previously paid.

4. Building of your home: This takes approximately 120 days, with the closing date state in the O&S Addendum. Construction will included a minimum of two on-site walk-thru's with you.
