We are proud to represent the only member of the Home Builders Association of Northern Vermont to have 2 recipients of the T. Wayne Kondor Builder of the Year Award.
This Award was created in 1997 to honor a dedicated builder member and the qualities that displayed. T. Wayne Kondor represented the best in a builder, with his dedication to the Home Builders organization, as well as his family and community. Bart Frisbie was presented with this award in 1997, followed by his son Collin Frisbie in 2010. |
