PRICING:
Package pricing (land, lot, home) starting at $520,000.
TIMING:
We have started construction of the first home in November 2006. This home is ready to occupy now. Check out the beautiful ome located on RiverWood lot #3.
PROCESS:
Lots can be secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Lots are secured with a $5,000.00 refundable deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable when we sign a Design Agreement. All homes to be built by RiverWood Partnership LLC; individual lots are not for sale.
