| Future Neighborhoods |

We are currently in the planning stages for Owls Glen, a housing community that includes both single family and multi-family housing. The project will be located in the Northeast quadrant of Severance Corners in Colchester. As of February 2008 we have received all of the necessary Colchester permits. We continue, in July of 2010, to work on obtaining the remainder of the State permits. Timing of the start of Owls Glen is not known at this time.
